Hosting an event is completely free on Plots. Plots passes a transaction fee (10-15% + $0.90) onto its attendees. We also offer certain customized marketing services for select hosts.
We welcome applications from all types of live experiences! We often work with hospitality groups, festivals, fashion brands, college organizations and always welcome small get-togethers to be hosted as well.
Verified hosts events are displayed on a public map for thousands of event-goers to discover
Plots processes payments with Stripe. Simply fill out an onboarding form, select your local currency and connect your bank account. Verified hosts can issue instant or standard payouts directly to their bank or debit card.
If you are buying on web, you will be prompted to create an account, put your payment details, and you will be emailed your QR code ticket.
If you buy in the app, you will be prompted for your payment details and then you can click your profile and see your QR code ticket.
This QR code is your ticket for all events you've purchased through Plots.
If you have any more specific questions about an event please check the event details page or reach out the individual host of the event. You will receive a notification and email when details (address, age limits, description) are updated for events you are attending on our platform.
Events on the Plots platform have varying refund policies. When you purchase a ticket you agree to these refund policies. First, contact the individual event host you purchased a ticket from for refund inquiries. Otherwise, reach out to support@plots.events with any more questions.
